Refund Policy for JK INN, Vellore

At JK INN, we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests. We understand that plans can change, so we have created a clear and fair refund policy to help you with cancellations and refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Cancellation Before Check-In: Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel their reservation at least 48 hours before the check-in date.

• Early Departure: If you decide to leave earlier than your scheduled check-out date, refunds for the unused nights will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Booking Errors: If a booking error occurs due to our fault, we will offer a full refund or rebooking at no extra cost.

Cancellation Policy

• Regular Season: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged for one night’s stay.

• Peak Season and Special Events: During peak seasons or special events, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.

Non-Refundable Situations

• No-Shows: Guests who do not arrive for their reservation without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

• Promotional Rates: Certain promotional rates and packages are non-refundable. This will be mentioned at the time of booking.

• Payment Method: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the booking.
